涉不明金錢 基市警官遭調查

（中央社記者黃旭昇基隆市7日電）基隆市警局刑警大隊股長高振楹涉及處理民間糾紛，疑有不明金錢往來，今天遭檢方搜索、調查，由律師陪同接受檢方偵訊。

基隆地方法院檢察署今天指揮基隆市警察局督察科及法務部廉政署，偵辦市警局刑事警察大隊科技隊股長高振楹疑涉及不明金錢往來；主任檢察官邱智宏上午率員分持搜索票、傳喚通知書及拘票，搜索市刑大、高男辦公室及其住家。

檢方現場搜扣相關證物，帶回釐清案情，並以嫌疑人身分傳喚高男。市警局發布新聞表示，高振楹由委任律師陪同至地檢署接受偵訊。

檢方說，除高振楹被帶回調查，偵查動作與搜索至下午仍兵分多路持續進行。

市警局說，初步瞭解為高振楹介入民間糾紛處理，疑有不明金錢往來；至於另涉案應拘提對象，已由市警局刑警大隊執行拘提到案，後續配合基隆檢方偵辦釐清，將全力偵辦，秉持勿枉勿縱，絕不護短。1030807
