檢察官：刀鋒跑者難逃謀殺罪

（中央社普勒托利亞7日綜合外電報導）南非檢察官今天堅稱，殘障奧運明星選手刀鋒跑者佩斯托瑞斯難逃謀殺定罪，他被控射殺模特兒女友。

檢察官內爾（Gerrie Nel）說， 即使佩斯托瑞斯（Oscar Pistorius）對案情的陳述屬實，「他仍難逃」因意圖謀殺被定罪。

這起謀殺案引發世界關注，律師們開始進入結辯。

內爾堅稱，佩斯托瑞斯2013年情人節當天，蓄意謀殺他的模特兒女友史汀坎普（Reeva Steenkamp），還稱他是「狡詐的目擊者」。

佩斯托瑞斯如因預謀殺人遭定罪，將面臨至少25年徒刑。他另外還面臨3項槍枝指控。1030807
