在2月1x號的時候 將購入要滿一年的new one趕在保固內送修 在3/5時拿到 壞掉的地方修好了卻發現螢幕上有裂痕 原來是我的玻璃保護貼破掉了很明顯 而我就馬上跟店家反映 是不是在送修路上破掉 店家卻要理不理的 說這是不關維修問題無法處理 我跟他說要客訴又改口說要幫我問工程師 打給工程師後還是一樣的回答 不關維修方面的 東西 無法處理 最後我打到神腦的客服去客訴 換來的就是保固多3個月 來安慰安慰你 我的東西在你送修中壞掉的難道不用負責嗎 那所以我保護貼破掉就是自己倒楣嘍 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.82.210.198 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1425578169.A.DA1.html
