請問半山手扶梯和山頂纜車是一個地方嗎?

大家好, 我計畫8月初到香港4天, 有一個疑問想請教, 請問半山手扶梯和山頂纜車都是上去太平山嗎??
到了中環要做什麼交通去太平山看夜景呢? 謝謝了..

另外.在請問一下, 我全家2大2小, 住在上環的地鐵站附近, 請問應該做Taxi 或者地鐵方便呢? 謝謝.
