證券期貨市場接連出現「機」瘟？繼上周五期交所在臨收盤前大當機之後，股票市場18日也因為收盤前出現當機，造成收盤指數及成交量遲至2時23分才對外傳送，較正常應在1時33分傳送整整晚了50分鐘，證交所指出，造成收盤資訊延遲傳送並不是交易系統當機，經查是部分盤後彙整資訊揭示作業未能於規定時間內完成所造成；所有上市股票及權證都在下午1時33分內撮合收盤完成，並未影響投資人權益。
證交所指出，18日所有上市股票及權證都在下午1時33分內撮合收盤完成，並未影響投資人權益，但因部分權證收盤資訊延遲傳送，造成收盤指數、總成交量值等彙總資訊未能在規定時間下午1時33分對外揭示。
證交所說，經緊急處理後系統已在下午1時50分恢復正常，在下午2時23分對外傳送收盤指數及總成交量值資訊，明（19）日市場交易都可正常運作。
證交所強調，這次資訊傳送時間延遲，並非交易系統當機，經查是部分盤後彙整資訊揭示作業未能在規定時間內完成，所有上市證券都已在規定時限內撮合收盤完成，且盤中交易都正常運作，並非「摸黑交易」。
外傳延遲收盤是否是因遭駭客入侵所造成？證交所澄清，交易網路是獨立封閉的網路，與駭客的傳聞無關，證交所更進一步指出，每天在盤前都會進行系統測試，明(19)日不會出現同樣的問題，證券交易可正常運作。
