【短片】八里雙屍案　被害人律師：發現新事證

【蔣永佑／台北報導】士林地方法院今天開庭審理八里雙屍命案，傳喚2名媽媽嘴員工及1名隔壁餐廳薯星星員工，出庭作證；張翠萍家屬的委任律師王可富表示，已發現新的證據、端倪，待證實後再對外透露。
 
謝依涵被控於今年初對陳進福、張翠萍夫婦下藥後，在將2人帶往媽媽嘴咖啡店附近的紅樹林中持刀殺害，隨後並變裝盜領張女存款。

家屬強烈質疑謝女有共犯，但謝女堅稱是獨自犯案，最後檢方依可判死刑與無期徒刑的強盜殺人罪起訴謝女。
