朴施厚被判無嫌疑處分 「性侵門」落幕

被捲入「性侵門」事件的韓國演員朴施厚最終被下達無嫌疑處分，終結了其間所有的法律糾紛。首爾西部警署於昨日(7月22日)表示：「調查結果，對於朴施厚的誣告嫌疑是無法成立的。”

朴施厚曾於今年3月對明星志願生A某實施強姦而被起訴。當時，朴施厚表示「強姦案」背後，與前經紀公司的代表黃某一定有所關聯，因此以誣告、恐嚇未遂及有關出版物的名譽毀損等嫌疑起訴對方。對此，黃代表強力表示「朴施厚所主張的有關A某背後的傳聞，不是事實」並以誣告等嫌疑，反告了朴施厚。

此後，直到今年5月，朴施厚與A某進行和解並撤回了起訴，而且接受了不起訴處分。朴施厚對於向黃代表提出的訴訟以示撤銷之意，但是黃代表突然態度大變，在上個月(6月)向韓國演藝經紀協會的附屬特別機構-賞罰調停倫理委員會遞交了「力求解決與朴施厚之間的糾紛」的調停申請。
