在結束與亞洲航空(AirAsia)的合作關係後，全日空(ANA)正積極籌備一個新的廉價航空品牌，以東京成田機場及名古屋為基地，經營日本國內及國際航線，預計8月中公布名稱，9月底宣布航點，今（2013）年年底正式開始營運。
據ANA日前發布的集團新聞指出，在終止與亞航合資的AirAsia Japan後，ANA將利用先前合作獲得的經驗，成立一個新的廉價航空品牌，並將原來以東京成田為基地的經營模式，擴增至名古屋機場。
ANA透露，新廉價航空將經營成田、名古屋出發的國內外航線，讓乘客更方便造訪度假勝地，初期由兩架A320-200載運旅客，機隊計畫在2014年底增加至5架，預計2013年12月底開始運作，總裁由曾於ANA服務過的Tomonori Ishii擔任。
新廉價航空之外，ANA目前持有另一家日本廉價航空「樂桃」的38.67%股份及經營權。樂桃航空以大阪關西機場為基地，新廉價航空則以關東、中部立足，不難看出ANA佈局廉價航空市場的積極。
