全民瘋刮刮樂，業者賣到缺貨，剛上架又有民眾瘋狂搶購。

七夕情人節將至，台灣彩券公司1日推出2款新刮刮樂，中獎率都有3成，其中以月老為主角的刮刮樂，頭獎有30萬元，更有超過115萬個獎項。如果覺得頭獎太少，另一款上市刮刮樂頭獎有200萬元，更有超過10萬個1800元以上的獎項，應較符合頭獎追逐者期待。
台灣彩券表示，這次配合七夕推出的「台灣好神」刮刮樂，特別設計以代表幸福與姻緣的月下老人，手持紅線並在髮髻與腰帶上裝飾愛心的討喜造型，不管是送給另一半、好友們或是自己刮，都可感受到濃厚的幸福感，而且這款刮刮樂共有8個頭獎，頭獎獎金30萬元，中獎率達30.17%。
對於遊戲玩法，台灣彩券說明，融合拜月老時擲筊、求籤的過程，搭配籤筒、筊杯與好姻緣的平安符作為刮區，在同一局內刮出3個相同符號，即得對應獎金欄的金額，或者在籤筒中刮出一個金額，即得該獎額，總計共有超過115萬個獎項，在七夕情人節前夕推出，可說是送禮自用兩相宜，特別建議不常接觸刮刮樂商品的年輕族群不妨把握機會多多嘗試。
至於同步上市的「金鑽999」刮刮樂，台灣彩券指出，這可為喜愛幸運數字遊戲的彩迷帶來更多趣味性，票面設計以閃亮黃金與鑽石為主視覺，搭配200萬元高頭獎、還有最高10次的中獎機會及超過10萬個1800元以上的獎項，可望吸引常客型玩家及頭獎追逐者的青睞，遊戲玩法有「對幸運號碼」與「一刮即中」兩個刮區，中獎率達30.18%，讓消費者越刮越旺，財運亨通久久久。
此外，台灣彩券也提醒，由於中華民國第三屆公益彩券發行期將於今年12月31日屆滿，為配合主管機關相關營業規定，自7月起至年底發行的刮刮樂遊戲將於12月31日同步下市，各款遊戲兌獎日也將至明年3月31日截止。
台灣彩券也呼籲，購買刮刮樂彩券時應詳細閱讀券背後的相關資訊，勿透過網路代購彩券，經銷商夥伴也務必遵照營業相關規定販售，以保障自身權益。
