買筆電送的防毒軟體序號有問題該怎麼辦

大約一個月前在全國墊子買了筆電
電腦送來後因為安裝人員說防毒軟體序號給錯
他打電話問正確的序號後在紙上抄下來給我
最近幾天因為試用的防毒軟體到期
要輸入序號時卻顯示說序號無效
我該怎麼辦T_T
