耳窩耳洞流血~~急20點

我的耳洞穿在耳窩
已經穿了一個禮拜了
前幾天手殘去把它鎖緊了一點點
然後就感覺腫腫的 剛開始是摸到會痛 接下來就是不摸也會隱隱作痛
後來我想可能是調太緊 所以就把他調鬆了一點
結果流血了

我就直接在耳環周圍擦小護士這樣有用嗎?

還是我該把耳環拔下來 擦酒精棉片消毒 然後在耳洞上擦小護士 再穿回去?
