補漏洞　繳完分期國保才能領生育給付

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】《蘋果》今報導，有民眾生完小孩後利用國民年金保險法令漏洞，先將欠繳保費申請分期，繳第1期並同步申請至少1萬7280元生育給付後，就不再繳費，初步統計有188件被領走逾324萬元後就「跳票」，估勞保局被騙走306萬元。衛生福利部今回應，將修改《國民年金保險保險費與利息分期及延期繳納辦法》，針對申請分期繳納保險費且請領生育給付者，須於繳完分期金後才撥付生育給付。

衛生福利部表示，除了修法補漏洞之外，也要求承辦國保業務的勞保局持續針對這些被保險人辦理欠費催繳，未來應可避免此種現象發生。
