疑殺船長輪機長 印尼漁工押返

我國蘇澳籍漁船「特宏興368號」海上喋血案，船長陳德生和輪機長何昌琳至今下落不明，海巡署官員逮捕漁船上的9名印尼籍漁工，並調查事發經過。海巡官員查出，陳德生因不滿資深印尼漁工的工作態度不佳，雙方發生口角，漁工拿起塑膠浮球朝陳德生猛砸導致昏迷，再由多名漁工聯合丟下海；何昌琳則是在不知情的情況下，也被推落海中。
特宏興368號漁船喋血案，發生在上月15日。根據海巡人員調查，當天下午3時，陳德生與一名資深印尼籍員工因工作問題發生嚴重口角，印尼員工一氣之下，隨手抓起船上的塑膠浮球朝陳德生頭部攻擊，因塑膠浮球材質堅硬，加上漁工連續丟擲，導致陳德生頭度重創而倒地不起。
漁工見到陳德生陷入昏迷，乾脆聯合其他漁工，一同將陳德生抬起並丟入大海；輪機長何昌琳當時正在休息，完全不知此事，約莫1小時後醒來，才剛走上甲板，就被剛才行凶的漁工也推落海中，2人也因此下落不明。根據《自由時報》報導，印尼漁工在犯案後，便將裝有千萬漁獲的漁船，朝印尼方向行駛。
上月底我國海巡署的「巡護七號」，登船控制9名印尼籍漁工，但當時漁工對漁船長和輪機長的下落堅不吐實，本月11日「巡護八號」載著4名海巡偵查員、2名精通印尼與的移民官與巡護七號會合，登船訊問這9名員工，查出整起經過。
