請問華碩手機保固期間液晶螢幕裂開不賠消費者如何主張

1.我華碩手機液晶螢幕使用時竟突然均裂，裂痕佈滿整個螢幕 .
2.因才買2個月在保固期間維修修人員竟說他們經判定是壓到但無法說明是何原因所以裂開，因金額高所以要向我收4000元
3.padfond2使用不到幾分鐘就會很熱不知是不是這原因造成裂開的
