美國與全美航空合併案 有條件獲准

美國司法部12日有條件核准美國航空公司 (American Airlines)與全美航空公司 (US Airways)的合併案，條件是合併後的新公司將放棄7個重要機場的客位及登機門，讓給廉價航空公司，以強化民航業的競爭，讓消費者能有更多的選擇及更具競爭性的票價。兩家航空公司已同意。
