【動新聞】乳癌成癌症殺手　年輕女激增

【方翊倩／綜合報導】乳癌是女性癌症的頭號殺手，患者人數年增1成，台灣平均罹病年齡只有47歲，比美國年輕10歲，新增的9千6百餘人中，居然有100人是30歲以下。

今日出版的《壹週刊》報導，台大乳房中心主任黃俊升提醒，家中有小女生的家長可以讓小女孩多運動，運動能讓體內雌激素濃度降低，讓初經晚點來，就能減少荷爾蒙的暴露時間。乳癌已證實與西方飲食有關，少吃高熱量高脂肪飲食，或許可以幫點忙。乳癌的無病存活期很長，但要有好的生活品質，就得早期篩檢，有家族史的人四十歲每兩年進行乳房攝影，一般人則四十五歲之後，而每個月得自摸一次。可怕的是，台灣乳癌患者已有百分之一是三十歲以下，預防得往下扎根。
