最新消息，「酒店殺手」揹4命，陳勇志暫逃死刑。

曾經名列10大槍擊要犯，被稱為「酒店殺手」的男子陳勇志，犯下台中廣三SOGO槍擊案，造成孕婦莊嘉慧流產，變成植物人，還涉及多起酒店KTV槍擊案，至少造成4人死亡，一、二審都被判死刑，被告上訴，下午最高法院三審宣判，撤銷死刑判決，將全案發回，也就是說，陳勇志暫時逃過死刑。
