余秉諺壯肌被嫌瘦 拍《龍飛》努力吃肥

【陳幼英／台北報導】身高186公分、體重75公斤的余秉諺擁有一身精壯身材，加入民視古裝戲《龍飛鳳舞》拍攝後卻被要求增肥，原因是民視覺得他太瘦、上鏡臉太小，演正派角色缺乏說服力，於是他開始增肥，一餐吃2個便當。

余秉諺在《龍飛鳳舞》需露身材、拍打戲，他之前為出健美書3餐多以生菜沙拉、水果、subway果腹，在被要求增肥後，他一改飲食習慣變成一餐吃兩個便當，食量大增後卻反而還被說太瘦。余秉諺說：「之前有肌肉看起來比較壯，現在同時軋《廉政英雄》及《龍飛鳳舞》沒時間健身，肌肉變小了，所以視覺上看起來反而瘦了。」
