【動新聞】PK黃色小鴨敗　港務公司禁「夢想鴨」

【陳偉周／基隆報導】夢想鴨PK黃色小鴨！小鴨展區旁的東3東4碼頭，攤商生意因一蹶不振，預定在農曆春節前，推出18公尺「夢想鴨」搶救人氣，今天基隆港務分公司，正式發函給承租的鈺盛公司，要求攤商「收鴨禁見」。
 
文中指出，「貴公司為吸引人潮與商機，有意製作與黃色小鴨同尺寸的歡樂鴨，恐侵犯霍夫曼先生創作疑慮，嚴重影響小鴨展出活動初衷，本公司歉難同意於承租區域展出。」港務分公司表示，已商調海運客貨船隻停泊碼頭，協助攤商吸引人潮，盼鈺盛公司能維護雙方商譽。
