我的手機( HTC DESIRE 501) 差不多去年12/31 才拿到
可是今年1月初充電 插頭一插 螢幕右上角出現白屏
我就拔掉想說是不是有問題 再重充一次就突然自動開關機
想說應該是偶爾小凸槌
不過二次充電手機就開始當

然後還有我早上充飽電 關機 因為在上課
可是到了中午 電量只剩50 左右 這是正常的嗎??

我有打給客服 他說設定安全模式
安全模式難道會比較好嗎??
他說可能是下載app的問題
可是我也只用line .fb Instagram.等簡單的社群
第二次聯絡客服 也是說安全模式
可是家人建議去送檢
我問客服他們也僅說先試試看安全模式
都沒說有關送檢測的事

會不會是手機問題
真的很想去送檢阿~~~~~
