業者不服檢驗 農糧署：尊重

根據農糧署去年9月公告新的糧食管理法新的違規裁量標準，中興米(聯米企業有限公司)已經達到重大違規4次撤證標準。農委會農糧署表示，現階段中興米透過各種法律途徑、行政程序，正在申覆、訴願中，必須把所有法律疑義釐清，才可正式宣布是否撤證。

農委會農糧署副署長陳建斌表示，中興米的違規樣態和泉順山水米不同，泉順經過檢驗後，其包裝米中全部都是進口米，完全沒有一粒台灣米，這屬於重大違規事項；但中興米品質違規的樣態在於被害米粒、碎米粒過多，若業者不服，而訴諸法律以及行政途徑進行訴願，主管機關必須尊重。
