標題[問題] 第幾次面試談薪資比較好?

大家好， 小弟第一次找工作， 想請問板上各位先進們， 若有2次以上的面試的話， 薪水要在第幾次討論比較好呢? 自己覺得似乎是等到第二階段比較有機會錄取在來談， 但又會想會不會最後才談會花彼此更多的時間成本(如果發現落差太大的話) 另外， 一般來說都是跟人資討論嗎?還是用人單位呢? (當然因為是新鮮人，這裡所謂的談薪水指的是討論薪資等議題 最主要應該還是會依公司規定 和自己的期望不要差太多就好) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.224.208.152
