餐廳名稱：落成米糕店 地址：台南市中西區民族路二段241號 電話：06-228-0874 消費時間: 2014.02 -- 圖文網誌版: http://cosxsmallu.pixnet.net/blog/post/40322554 自從上次吃了無名米糕後 過年收假前一天 跟先生一起賴床到下午 在台南市當個偽觀光客 先跑去吃了福記肉圓 又跑去吃了附近的鄭記蔥肉餅 接著就來到落成米糕 米糕上頭的小黃瓜，如果喜歡的花 還有另外賣喔!! 但總覺得米糕口感大同小異 都是糯米本身的黏度再加上滷肉汁跟肥肉的黏度 再加上魚鬆增加香氣跟口感 若覺得油膩時可以吃一口清爽的醃小黃瓜 每次吃米糕總覺得一定要配四神湯阿 不過這裡的四神湯有分豬腸跟豬肚 這次點了豬腸 裡頭沒有薏仁跟其他配料 就只有單純的豬腸 不過湯頭味道很夠 不會像有的四神湯的湯頭味道很稀 燙魷魚 醬汁是閒甜口味的醬油膏加上蒜泥 魷魚口感很脆 也沒有腥味 還不賴 不過價位有點高 給大家參考囉 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.238.201.56
