請問一下我從支道出來已到主道分格島中央左轉,而對方是閃紅燈支道出來直走,然而我轉向發現他時已來不及發生事故,都無人受傷,我想請問一下我算是幹道車嗎？若是那這場事故是否我的肇事責認比較少呢？還是說他是直行車我應讓他呢？很疑惑想請教一下專業人士.....謝謝
