標題[請問] 一連串二代健保問題 求解

以下有幾點 不知道該去哪裡問/該問誰 只好上問版了! 有關102年二代健保 有以下幾點問題請教大家 1.我們有位業務Jessica 102年獎金超過薪資4倍 需補繳2% 但是要領獎金者自行支付還是公司扣員工2%後幫支付? 2.獎金應納入每月薪資所得嗎? 我的上司阿姨說她覺得只要我們發獎金=當月所得超過健保保額 所以應該都要提撥2% 是這樣嗎?但這樣跟獎金超過薪資4倍才要支付就牴觸了啊? 3.還有好像要102年二代健保清冊 但我們公司只有補繳實際支付超出保額的部分2% 在健保屬二代健保局相關網站上找不到有關補充保費薪資部分的範本.. 不知道該如何製作清冊 而且清冊申報何時截止? 查不到相關訊息... 好迷惘喔 我很擔心業務獎金的部分要被課滯納金 求好心大大幫我解惑:( 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.70.195.23
