助就學就業 高市榮服處推聯盟

高雄巿榮民服務處結合陸戰隊與和春技術學院，今天簽訂策略聯盟合作備忘錄，協助在營官兵提供更多就學、就業機會。

高雄巿榮民服務處長謝政表示，國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會為增加推動募兵誘因，結合陸戰隊九九旅與和春技術學院共同簽署「配合募兵制協助官士兵在營就學策略聯盟合作備忘錄」，適時輔導具榮民身分的屆退官士兵媒合就業。

謝政表示，為全力推動募兵誘因，這次結合三方合作方式，為國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會踏出推動募兵制成功的第一步。

和春技術學院除了配合在營官兵選讀相關學程，輔導完成學業，並提供與職務有關的證照訓練，包括室內配線、工業配線、用電設備檢驗等，於營區公餘時間適時適地授課，增加募兵誘因和更多青年投效軍旅。
