個人電腦品牌宏碁公司驚傳員工疑涉內線交易，創辦人施振榮今天表示，並非在他任內發生，但概括承受，雖然心中難免遺憾，不過宏碁會從中記取教訓。

施振榮今參加科技部「創新創業激勵計畫」102年第二梯次創新決選暨頒獎典禮，會前接受媒體採訪時，作以上表示。

他說，內線交易案非在自己任內，但他概括承受，是為了公司長期利益和社會形象，也是未來員工紀律問題著想，所以第一時間就發函，讓公司同仁充分了解此事。

施振榮說，這件事是一些個人行為，但終究牽涉整個公司的形象，要全體同仁一齊努力。

對於內線交易還涉及老臣，他說，檢調來搜索時他在開會，所以一切照常，當然心裡總是會覺得遺憾，不過，這也都是一個過程，要從中記取教訓，讓大家引以為誡。

他表示，除了讓公司同仁了解紀律重要，宏碁的組織再造也一天一天進行，包括願景、文化、策略都清楚了，現在就是在作過渡時期的管理，將一點一滴創造價值，股東價值、員工價值，尤其要創造顧客的價值。(中央社)
