中租：簽服貿　對經濟正面幫助

中租控股董事長陳鳳龍表示，兩岸租賃業務已經開放，服貿簽定與否對中租兩岸經營影響不大，由於目前尚無陸資租賃公司來台開公司，業務競爭壓力有限。
 
陳鳳龍今於公司徵才會後表示，服貿過關，對服務業登陸投資有正面幫助，開放市場以後，各產業都可能面對競爭，但雙邊投資增加，對經濟成長可採正面看法。媒體詢問是否擔心政治爭議，陳以「那是另外的問題」低調回應。（陳瑩欣／台北報導）
