陸中國北車H股 公開發售打滑

大陸兩大鐵路製造商之一的中國北車，今天公布招股結果，公開發售部分遇冷僅獲0.65倍認購，國際發售部分則獲超額認購；每股定價為港幣5.17元，接近招股價範圍港幣5-6.2元下限；22日將在香港聯交所掛牌。

網易財經報導，公司集資淨額約鋼港幣91億元，是香港今年內集資第二大的新股。第一位是在年初上市的、李嘉誠長和系旗下的港燈電力投資。

根據中國北車的公告，該股公開發售部分獲1.186億股有效申請，僅為公開發售可供認購總數1.82億股的65%，散戶100%獲配認購股份。

市場分析，北車公開發售部分遇冷，主要是港股市況不利大型新股發行。近期能讓投資者賺錢的新股太少，多檔新股上市後股價不斷下跌，令投資者對新股存有一定戒心。
