國台辦：歡迎台灣人士來大陸

台南市長賴清德訪問上海提到台獨黨綱，國台辦發言人范麗青上午表示，大陸對民進黨的政策是明確的、一貫的。大陸反對台獨分裂圖謀的立場也是堅定的、不可動搖的。大陸多次講過，對於台灣人士，無論是誰，以前有過什麼主張，只要現在贊成、支持和參與兩岸關係和平發展，願意到大陸來交流訪問，大陸都樂觀其成。

她再次重申，大陸和台灣儘管尚未統一，但中國的主權和領土完整沒有分裂，兩岸同屬一個中國的事實從未改變，兩岸不是國與國關係。任何涉及中國主權和領土完整的問題必須由包括台灣同胞在內的全中國人民共同決定。
