SONY鼓勵員工退休 預計減少1500名員工

　　近日消息，SONY將在今年8月鼓勵員工退休。此次退休計畫於今年2月公佈，預計在2014年末減少1500名員工。

　　此次鼓勵員工退休，沒有設定人數上限，預計於今年十月底結束。主要訴求對像是經營企劃、財務、物流、採購共四個部門。普通社員40歲以上，管理職位45歲以上並且工作10年以上的員工可以申請退休。員工可以獲得與工齡和公司內部階級相對應的離職金，並且會幫助這些退休員工再就業。

　　SONY表示，2015年以上部門的經費計畫將較2013年度下降30%。
