標題[討論] 是景氣回升了還是設備太冷門了?

我們公司上個月走了一個資深設備 補了一個多月了，卻遲遲補不進來。廠內人手嚴重不足 主管還頻頻問我有沒有人選可以內推...... 無奈之下，我就連絡了老朋友的公司 結果它們也缺設備，也補了好一陣子都補不進來 我這裡是後段測試廠，在人頗多的竹科園區，廠內只用用UF200(S)的針測機 設備只需要三年以上經驗，薪資保底五萬*14，依經驗還能往上談 有母公司的資金在撐腰，也不算是小廠了(300人左右)，結果完全沒人丟履歷...... 我一直在想，到底是這種設備很冷門不好找人，還是景氣回升了 所以人才都跑到其他地方去了 各位最近找工作有這種感覺嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.161.35.151 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1406201251.A.6A9.html
