標題[請益] 工讀生加班時數和加班費

原PO7/1在某家知名菜刀店當工讀生，老闆娘當初說好8:30上班6:30下班，含中午休息一 個半小時，所以整天正常是10小時。月休4天 通常原PO一進公司馬上打卡開始打掃店內(來了不做事會令人懷疑)，中午12:00~13:30名 義是休息時間，但這段時間還是會有觀光客進來，店員要趕快吃完飯出去幫忙，有時根本 不能休息。下班要等到觀光客全走和做完清潔工作才能下班，有時得多留十幾分鐘才能離 開，每日上班時間超過10小時機率相當高。 想請問各位版友加班時數是每14天算一次還是每月算一次呢?那兩小時的加班費是以時薪 X1.33去算的嗎? 附上公司的打卡紀錄(空白是休假) http://ppt.cc/YsDD 22號起還沒有拍只能手抄紀錄 http://ppt.cc/oexk -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 222.251.27.240 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1406296748.A.C47.html
