【更新】高雄氣爆　連陣營捐出三天競選經費十萬元

高雄市今天凌晨發生嚴重氣爆造成慘重傷亡，國民黨台北市長參選人連勝文除在第一時間透過臉書表示關切外，今天傍晚也由競選辦公發出新聞稿表示，氣爆奪走了同胞的生命、傷害了同胞的身體，更在無數的同胞心上造成難以抹滅的傷痕。連勝文和全國的同胞一樣，感到萬分的哀慟與不捨，誠心地為高雄的同胞祈福。

連勝文競選總部主委陳炯松因此決定，連營將暫停三天的競選活動，並會將因此所省下的十萬元經費，直接匯入高雄市社會局的氣爆捐款專戶。至於連勝文本人，他會請國民黨高雄市黨部先去關心警消傷亡的情形，詳細捐贈金額等相關統計由市黨部回報後，再來處理（晏明強／台北報導）
