只剩榮化沒清丙烯　環保局限「今天處理」

榮化丙烯管線仍殘留丙烯，高市環保局長陳金德今天上午要求榮化必須趁檢方會同切割館子調查時，一併清除殘留丙烯。
 
陳金德表示，榮化丙烯漏的地方要經過處理，否則從華運吹驅的地方丙烯就會洩漏出去，陳金德說，3根管子裡乙烯前幾天已處理完畢，中石化的丙烯今天中午就會清理完畢，剩下的榮化管子因彎彎曲曲，且長達20公里可能還有丙烯殘留，這樣救災人員救災猶如踏在未知險境，是非常不公平的，才會要求李長榮趕快處理。
 
陳金德說，今天檢方會同李長榮，就破口的地方切割一段送去檢驗，榮化剛好可利用切除時，進行兩邊吹驅，用氮氣吹驅，一邊吹驅的華運通儲，一邊吹驅到榮化引到燃燒塔燃燒，作業上一定要非常安全，因包括切割時，都有可能發生危險，才會要求榮化將丙烯清除完畢。（石秀華／高雄報導）
