日本應屆畢業生 就業率連4增

隨經濟復甦，求職者增加，企業也積極招募人才，日本大學應屆畢業生的就業率達69.8%，已是連續第四年成長。

日本共同社報導，根據日本文部科學省今天公布的學校基礎調查初步結果，今年春季應屆大學畢業生中，已就業者（包括非正規就業）的比率為69.8%，比去年高出2.5個百分點。這項指標已連續4年上升。

調查顯示，日本今年春季就業的學生總數為39萬4937人。其中「未穩定就業者」達10萬5275人，包括非正規就業者、打工者以及未升學也不就業的人。未穩定就業者的比率在2012年為22.9%（12萬8128人），2013年為20.7%（11萬5447人），今年是18.6%，也是首次低於20%。
