馬堅持補提名監委 綠批製造對立

監委人事案，總統府表示，馬英九總統將依據憲法及大法官解釋補提名十一位監委。民進黨團總召柯建銘今晚說，當前監察院首要之務應該是重振形象，而非急著提名，此舉不但剝奪下屆總統提名權及立委行使同意權，也令人懷疑是否想趁張顯耀去職風波熱頭，趁機偷渡名單，民進黨反對補提監委人選，「朝野立委絕對嚴審到底！」

柯建銘也批評，馬總統行事作風一向一意孤行，當年在「馬主席」主導下，監察院沒監委照樣可運行，如今又想強硬補提名不但是濫竽充數，更製造朝野對立。
