北市增26筆豪宅交易　中正區最多

根據最新公布的實價揭露顯示，北市新增26筆總價過8000萬元的高價住宅交易案，其中22筆集中於市中心，以總價超過億元住宅交易新案的中正區、中山區居冠！
 
《中央社》今天報導，中正區及中山區分別出現破億高總價交屋案，位在中正區牯嶺街的「力麒麒御」，最高成交總價約1.5億元；中山區松江路上的「松江一號院」落成，最高每坪160萬元，成交總價近2.9億元。
 
中信房屋南門加盟店店長曾重銘店長表示，政府打房對中正區豪宅市場影響不大，豪宅市場仍以自住買盤支撐，投資、置產客等較明顯會受政策影響而對豪宅觀望。
 
曾重銘說，力麒麒御該筆個案當時買方是購買預售屋，目前已進入交屋階段，價格確實相當高。他也分析實價揭露約是1~2年前的交易狀況，較無關市場現況，影響也不大。中正區目前住宅交易仍熱，其餘包括大安、信義、松山等蛋黃區因持續增加自住需求，房價穩固。（鄒雯涵／綜合報導）
