小弟不久前參加康寧技術員徵才，聽到其他應徵者說福利真的很好，後來考完筆試，被分 類到和資材部(也就是倉管部)面試，面試主管言是派遣職，而且該部門正職缺很少，有可 能做3-4年都無法轉正，做二休二(半個月早班，半個月夜班)剛開始月薪26K左右(底薪+排 班加班費+輪班津貼)，一季有季獎金8000-12000不等，年終12000，由於是派遣職讓我很 猶豫，但網路上大家又況推康寧，說多好又多好，請問我該去上班嗎？(已經錄取了)還是 去找其他op呢，好像力晶，世界先進都還不錯(台積去過了，但gg)˙ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 222.251.30.73 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1410033805.A.0E1.html
