「看看合不合適」　鬼父用狗項圈電7歲女

美國威斯康辛州一名變態父親，竟把教導犬隻的電擊項圈待在女兒身上，還說「試試是否合適」，遭女兒的母親舉報。

28歲的卡奇馬爾（Zachary Kacmar），據報在家中向7歲女兒說「試試是否合適」，然後將項圈套在她脖子上，按遙控器電她。女兒受驚，哭着跑上樓找媽媽，母親拍攝女兒脖子上的紅印，並儲存起來，拒絕向卡奇馬爾透露密碼，讓他無法毀滅證據。

受害女兒母親見了一名牧師後，決定舉報卡奇馬爾。卡奇馬爾被捕之初，否認虐待女兒，後來承認想女兒知道狗被電擊時的滋味。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
