美不排除對伊斯蘭國部署地面部隊

美國最高軍事首長鄧普西將軍說，如果目前打擊伊斯蘭國的策略失敗，不排除派遣地面部隊的可能性。

美國總統歐巴馬曾一再重申，根據上周提出的策略綱要，美國地面部隊不會在伊拉克從事作戰任務。
