薪酬為時薪制,外加養老金，本店薪水穩定，工作環境極佳，同事之間相處融洽。本店對應聘者的要求為：最好可以長期工作（技術成熟的技師最少六個月，學徒為最少10個月），帶著技術來的技師需要做技術上的統一與調整來適應本店標準，學徒要有一定的耐力與毅力全心全意的培訓。

本店同時有資格做偏遠地區顧主擔保簽證，現有意接收兩到三名顧主提名，為有願望以後想要永久生活在澳洲的人提供機會，要求為雅思四個六分，有澳洲的Diploma of Remedial Massage，要有優秀的團隊合作精神。
