【求救!】Asgard退休金如何申請?求翻譯及教學..拜託 >" 2014-10-20, 23:44

我按照網路上的教學在ATO-DASP網路申請了退休金，
我的退休金公司是Asgard,
他們寄了一份Identification Form的PDF檔案給我，
我英文不是很好，網路上又完全找不到教學，
請問有人跟我一樣是Asgard的退休金公司嗎?

Investor number是我的帳號的意思嗎?

然後我也不清楚Residential address (PO Box is NOT acceptable)是要寫上當初申請的住址還是台灣的現居地址...
還有Full Business name要寫上哪間公司(我有兩間...)

其他也都看不懂...
這份要用電子檔回傳給他們還是寄信給他們呢?
還有網路上都寫說要護照影本以及澳洲政府認定的特定人物公證，這間需要嗎?(似乎有聽說Asgard不需要)

我被這些繁瑣的程序跟一堆英文逼瘋了...
求神網友救我，拜託!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
