科威特油長：OPEC不可能減產

（中央社科威特市10日綜合外電報導）科威特石油部長歐梅爾（Ali al─Omair）今天表示，石油輸出國家組織（OPEC）在希望市場吸收過剩供油的情況下，不可能在本月稍後開會時作出減產決定。

官方科威特新聞社（KUNA）引述歐梅爾在阿布達比的談話說：「我並不認為，油國組織會作出減產決定，要作出這種決定十分困難。」

12國組成的油國組織下1次會議的預定召開日期為11月27日。此時有些會員國主張，減少產量以中止油價下滑。

正在阿布達比出席1項石油會議的歐梅爾表示，他希望市場能迅即吸收過剩的產量；並說，「過剩的規模不得而知」。(中央社)
