回應王張會綠：兩岸官方協商須受監督

回應「王張會」，民進黨發言人黃帝穎今天表示，兩岸之間官方的互動及各種協商、談判，都須在維護國家主權的前提下進行，同時必須接受民主監督，不應存在任何的黑箱或者私相授受；無論形式上是正式或非正式會談，都應該遵循上述原則，陸委會主委王郁琦應向立法院進行報告，向國人清楚完整地說明會談的內容。

他說，台灣是民主國家，台灣前途必須由兩千三百萬人民共同來決定，這就是台灣的共識，任何兩岸之間的互動，都不能傷害到台灣的主權與民主價值。
