桌電安裝usb無線分享器

最近買了一個usb型的無線分享器 (小小的)
裝上桌電的usb了也都安裝好了重開機後
發現只能接收無線網路
不知道要怎麼創自己的網路
分享給其他人

後來在網路選項裡面的無線網路裡發現
進階那似乎有共享本機的網路讓其他使用者連接
打勾後按確認
他卻說網路上有相同的ip請確認什麼的
試了很久都不行 .......

請問該怎麼設定 !?

操作後跟說明書介紹的不太一樣所以才這麼不順利
