大鬧投票所飆罵「三字經」 醉男起訴

基隆市梁姓男子去年投票日滿身酒氣大鬧投票所，起初不願拿出身分證，在選務人員勸說下勉強出示後，進入投票所大聲嚷嚷，涉嫌以粗話怒罵選務主任及員警，失控的行徑打斷其他民眾投票。基隆地檢署昨天偵結，依違反選罷法、妨害公務罪嫌起訴他，並向院方聲請簡易判決處刑。

起訴書指出，梁男（41歲）去年11月29日下午喝完酒後，滿身酒氣跑到東信里第52號投票所投票，聽到選務人員告知需出示身分證、不得攜帶手機進場後，不滿的大聲咆哮，經值勤警員勸解不聽，仍飆罵「三字經」，還說「我知道你是管區，警察又怎樣」等語。

他最後雖配合出示證件，進入投票所後又不受控制，在所內大聲喧嘩，大罵選務主任「為什麼只針對我？」並多次辱罵不雅字眼，影響其他選民投票，被現場員警帶回派出所。梁男在派出所內仍胡言亂語，警方待他清醒後再行訊問，依違反選罷法、妨害公務罪嫌送辦。
