訂了外套不能退 !!!!!!

我網購一件外套 , 一開始外套送來時我因為人不再家沒辦法在七日內貨
所以請賣家第二次寄貨給我

貨到時商品不如我預期的好向賣家要求退貨
可賣家卻說 , 商品的七天鑑賞期在一開始寄送時就已經超過
我就很納悶 , 七天鑑賞期不是在拿到商品後才開始計算嗎 ?

經過一些討論 , 賣家又說我因為已經試穿過外套了所以七天鑑賞期失效
= =

反正賣家好像很不願意退的樣子 , 眼看七天就快過了我該怎麼辦
我想去消保會投訴可是沒有賣家的住址= =
