我用轉檔把他轉成MP4---檔案錯誤

改轉3GP 只有聲音卻沒畫面

影片播放格式3GP, MPEG4

主螢幕尺寸3.2吋

主螢幕解析度240*400pixels

請問各位大大該怎麼轉檔才有辦法觀看
格式工廠的話:該怎麼調

下載的影片大概1GB那邊
