削減赤字泰航停飛多條航線

泰國國際航空公司為減少營運虧損，決定停飛曼谷至莫斯科、馬德里和約翰尼斯堡等航線，3月底停飛普吉至首爾航線。

泰國航空（Thai Airways International）由於出現鉅額虧損，公司傳破產危機，泰國政府出面整頓，要求削減支出和出售飛機等措施減少赤字，以維持國營航空公司的運作。

泰國航空公司今天宣布，停飛包括莫斯科和馬德里兩航點，原飛約翰尼斯堡的航線15日已停飛，3月29日起停飛普吉至首爾。

泰航也對曼谷至洛杉磯航線感到憂心，由於飛越太平洋航線的競爭非常激烈，泰航難以招架，將在今年第2季考慮是否停飛。

目前泰航主要是以飛中國大陸和日本的獲利彌補其他航線的虧損，情勢若無法改善，將採企業瘦身方案，屆時可能會有5000至2萬5000名泰航員工失業。
